Albany Community Health Clinic Services
The Albany Community Health Clinic (ACHC) provides a variety of medical services at low or no cost to Laramie Campus students that are currently enrolled and attending 91ÁÔÆæ classes. For students with health insurance, ACHC will typically bill the insurance first, and 91ÁÔÆæ generally covers any remaining eligible costs; however, some services are not covered. Students with questions about coverage or potential charges should contact ACHC directly at 307.766.3313.
To access medical services through ACHC:
- Obtain your Student ID card and / or current semester wellness sticker (see directions above).
- Appointments are required. No walk-ins will be seen. You can schedule an appointment
by phone or in-person. Be sure to let them know you are an 91ÁÔÆæ student.
- If you are a new patient, they will require some basic demographic information such as your address and contact details to schedule an appointment. Once an appointment is scheduled, a Self Check-In email will be sent. The questions and forms included must be completed before your appointment.
- If you are a returning ACHC patient, but this will be your first visit as an 91ÁÔÆæ student, be sure to let them know that when scheduling your appointment. You will still receive a Self Check-In email, but you may not need to provide as much information as a new patient.
- You must provide your private health insurance information if applicable.
- Bring proof of your income and fill out the sliding fee scale application to determine your eligibility if needed.
- ACHC will add 91ÁÔÆæ as an insurance carrier to your account and set the expiration date to the end of the semester. A new wellness sticker will be required before any appointments after that date.
- After your appointment:
- Your private health insurance will be billed first (if applicable).
- The sliding fee scale will be applied to your balance if you were determined eligible.
- 91ÁÔÆæ will be billed for any remaining eligible services or co-pay.
- Please note:
- 91ÁÔÆæ cannot cover medications or any appointments / referrals outside of ACHC.
- Certain services, such as IUD's and laboratory testing are not covered.

- Any services not covered by your insurance or 91ÁÔÆæ will be your responsibility.
- YOU MUST BRING YOUR STUDENT ID CARD WITH THE CURRENT SEMESTER WELLNESS STICKER TO
EVERY APPOINTMENT. If you don't have it, you will have to reschedule.
